The Challenge

The New York Bariatric Group represents New York’s elite institution in the treatment of obesity. But the client felt that their existing marketing campaigns did not evoke the feeling that the practice was one of the leading bariatric surgery practices in the country and needed an upgrade.


The Solution

Brand Kitchen conducted consumer research to help uncover a unique selling proposition that connected with prospective patients on an emotional level. From this we created a campaign called “Together We’ve Got This” that elevated the overall brand and helped create a feeling of partnership that resonated with consumers and spurred them to action.


The Results

Surgeries are up 15% and leads are up 23% letting us know that the new brand is connecting with our target.
